Sector: Mixed Use
Client: The Prince’s Trust
Project Size: 35,000 sq ft
Project Duration: 16 Weeks
Triglyph were initially approached by The Prince’s Trust in June 2012 to undertake a feasibility study of a potential new head quarter, office building and retail premises in the City of London. The feasibility study identified that the building could accommodate staffing levels and achieve the quality required for their ongoing success. This was carried out while keeping to a modest budget. Triglyph were then appointed to transform 6-9 Eldon Street to carry out full design services and project management. Our initial proposals accommodated 250 staff with additional facilities provided in the existing basement following the redesign and refurbishment of this damp and poorly lit area.
Following sign off of the design, we then tendered the project and work began late September 2012. During the course of the project, we were instructed to incorporate a further 73 staff.
The project has now achieved Practical Completion and the thrilled Prince’s Trust team successfully took occupation on Monday 11th March 2013.
